Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Refunds:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dazy.pk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For damaged or defective items, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • We cannot accept returns on items damaged by the customer unless proof of damage upon receipt is provided.
  • Sale items, including Summer/Winter/Autumn Eid or Stock Clearance Sale items, and orders using discount codes, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original purchase, and once approved, make a new purchase for the desired item. A 35% handling fee of the original invoice amount will be charged for exchanges.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a 30% deduction from the original amount will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method. Please allow 3-12 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
